What does it cost to work with you and start advertising on social media?
Our core offering as an ad agency is managed digital advertising services. For us that means the planning, development and management of your Facebook and/or Google ad campaigns.
You can choose to have us manage one or both of those advertising channels. Our fee is structured as monthly retainer based on total ad spend under management, i.e how much you'll be spending on the ads themselves.
Our advertising retainer's start at $1800/month plus any additional add-ons if you choose to have us manage other elements of your digital marketing such as social media posting, email marketing, or LinkedIn Ads for example...
Our website development services are the only stand alone service we offer outside of paid advertising. Minimum project value starts at $5000 for full website builds. A minimum project value of $2500 applies for landing pages and/or sales funnels.
In addition to the cost of working with us, it's important to also factor in a healthy starting budget for your actual ad spend. I.E What you'll be spending on your ads. This will also scale as you see an ROI and choose to invest more into your ads as you grow.
How long from the moment I sign up until ads are actually up and running?
We typically offer a 2-3 week lead time from the moment you sign up until the moment ads are up and running. This factors in several meetings with our team, creative development, edits/changes, waiting for approvals, etc. However, we're known to offer turn around times as quickly as 3-5 days for special requests or urgent last minute campaigns if we can accommodate them.
Who will be my main point of contact and who will be working on my ads?
As a Suits Social client, you'll always have a team of 4 dedicated to your account and advertising efforts. You will have access to them all in realtime via a private WhatsApp group chat.
These are the team members who you'll be working with:
1. Account Manager - This is your main point of contact at all times for all things. This is also the person acting as your ad buyer, managing your ad account on a daily basis, strategizing, and planning. They are accountable for your results & success!
2. Marketing Manager - This is the creative component of your team that will be assisting with all elements of creative development, graphic design, copywriting and any organic marketing efforts you may have signed up for.
3. Marketing Associate - The associate acts as general assistance on your team to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely fashion by picking up the slack and supporting the team wherever it's needed most.
4. Operations Director - This is the senior team member assigned to provide executive oversight of your account. The operations director is assigned to every single account and oversees the overall success of every single campaign. This is also the person you'll speak to regarding any changes in scope of work, questions about billing, etc.
Regarding your managed services, what's included in the monthly retainer cost?
Your monthly retainer is a management fee which covers the manpower, tools, and expertise that go into building and managing your advertising campaigns on a monthly basis.
On average we spend 25-35 hours per month on your account which includes daily optimization of your ads, development of new creatives, communication and meetings, plus analytics and reporting. Not to mention the countless hours spent behind the scenes strategizing and planning so you don't have to!
How do I know this will work and do you offer any guarantee of results?
In the world of advertising (and business in general), the only guarantee is that there are no guarantees.
An "entrepreneur" is defined in the Oxford Dictionary as someone who takes a risk to generate a profit. That same definition is true about advertising! Every advertising campaign is technically a risk in pursuit of a profit.
The truth is, they don't need to succeed every single time, they just need to succeed more times than they don't and generate a consistent and worthwhile profit.
However, we can assure you that just like in business, your chances of success are greatly increased when you know what you're doing... and after managing millions each month in advertising dollars, it's safe to say we know a thing or two about running ads.
But the reality is, there are a lot of variables that go in to a successful ad campaign. A lot of which we as your ad agency can't control, such as your website, your product, your sales process, etc. However, if any such variables cause issue, we will always do our best to advise and assist you in rectifying the problem in pursuit of success!

From there, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining an actionable strategy and a step-by-step game-plan. Your proposal will also include additional details about our agency, a detailed scope of work, all associated costs, timelines, terms, etc.
